“I love this office. Naturally I was nervous about my procedure but once I was in the surgery room it all changed. I opted for general anesthesia to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Coles placed my IV quickly and painless. Aracely placed my nasal cannula and Lissa did my intake question. It all went so smooth and I was even given a blanket by Rosaura to keep my warm add comfort during my surgery. 10/10 recommended if you need your wisdom teeth removed. I have walked a long road with mental health and she is the first psych medical provider who has made me feel safe, respected and every visit I live with my dignity fully intact. She is not just compassionate/empathetic she is also a very skilled provider who is waist-deep (in the best way) in current evidence-based practice. Our appointments always feel like a collaborative partnership, I leave feeling heard and my head held high. Their office staff is extremely kind and are very thorough and prompt with responses.
