“PCI provided the meds I required while receiving more than a month of home healthcare services from Arizona Home Care. The PCI pharmacists were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the medications sent to my home were “good thru” the date when I needed to infuse them (unlike another company that I previously used that sent me meds that would expire by the time I needed to administer them). Although there were a few bumps in the road while trying to coordinate preauthorization with my insurance company BEFORE PCI sent me the meds, we managed to work together to get it done (this is critical if, like me, your health insurance will not cover an expensive medication unless prior authorization is obtained). The pharmacists at PCI also did a fantastic job of coordinating care with my Mayo Clinic doctors and communicating effectively with my family when I had an allergic reaction to one of the medications prescribed, requiring readmission to the hospital. Therefore, I highly recommend PCI.”

“Wyatt was awesome today! I came in for my first time. He was very attentive, and I was hyper and excited today. His mellow ways were perfect for my kind of frenzied vibe I had going today. I was lucky to get him as my budtender, because I got some awesome looking packages of medicine. He also made sure to go over all questions I had, including test results. I love health for life’s transparency and customer service. The medicine is also amazing, and at a great price. My body feels nice and almost pain free after some saguaro breath. They go the extra mile for example; I had a med that wasn't covered by my insurance and one of the the Tech's looked up a program that offered a discount and signed me up for it saving me about $50. She took the initiative and time to do that without my knowledge and the discount was already approved and applied when I went to pick up the medication. That is how one does customer (focused )service the right way . They continue to be an excellent provider of pharmacy services.”
