“I don’t leave a lot of reviews... Dr Rod Walker is awesome! I feel so dang comfortable there. I originally saw Dr Walker 3 or 4 years ago after a motorcycle accident (needed shoulder therapy instead of surgery thank goodness!!! Again, thanks to Dr Walker). I’m a periodontist and my patients could not afford for me to miss too much work. I ended up only missing two weeks of surgeries... I never did miss work. During those two weeks I was able to still do examinations/consultations/post-operative appointments... we basically didn’t miss a beat!! So nowadays I run (7-15 miles/day)... all those daily runs has caused some of inflammation under my knee. My knee is ok... what was really hurting was my inner thigh muscle. Could hardly run anymore. Called Dr Walker and saw him yesterday. Already feeling a lot better. Seeing him again next week... and the week after. THANKS Dr Walker!! You are the absolute best!”

“Had total knee replacement surgery in late April and then on a recommendation went to a PT group that after 8 weeks and 2 major setbacks, I quit them. Then on the recommendation of my surgeon went to Mark and his group at Rise and I have make incredible progress in just a little over 10 visits! “Did you know there's a Doctor of Physical Therapy? I didn't, even after 20 years of trying perhaps a dozen popular pain management practices, and at least as many physical therapy practices. Sadly not one "typical" PT practice was worth the copays. Dr. Kory Straine at TST changed my opinion about that. TST has now become the most urgently needed treatment of all that I need. I'm thinking I may be able to get out of pain management all together. For example, the trigger points for pain were never relieved by the trigger point injections, just numbing them or ablation of nerves only paused the pain. Dr. Kory has professional ways to attack all the pain origins along my spine. The trigger points are less painful or even gone thanks to his expertise. Dr Kory and the whole team work together and take interest in my progress. Patients can sense when a provider just does the minimum or isn't invested in recovery. The entire practice is on MY team, on MY side to do whatever they can to get me strong and hopefully less reliant on temporary and questionably effective relief by way of pills and needles. Dr. Kory oversees my exercise program, which BTW i can do at home and for the rest of my life without feeling unduly encumbered. Results matter and the energy at TST tells me that all their Doctors of Physical Therapy get great results. Worth it to ask about a referral, and don't hesitate to go! The entire staff is just fabulous!”
