“I have roadside three progressive auto insurance. Progressive Auto insurance contracted another towing company that never showed up. So when executive towing was contracted through progressive they were extremely understanding of the fact that I was already waiting for several hours. After speaking to them and the gentleman who is driving the tow truck they got there 40 minutes before the estimated wait time and was extremely professional. He was fast and very friendly and apologetic for a situation he had no business apologizing for but it comforted me. When we showed up it turned out to be a dive and when one of the four sheriff officers on scene investigating a crime advised us not to park there, we were in a bind at 5pm on a Friday night. “We inquired twice about renting a unit to store furniture. Both of the people we spoke with at the 49th and Thomas location were very helpful and very friendly. We ended up renting a unit. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented. This place is nice and clean and it eliminated my worries about storing my furniture in a dirty storage unit. I would highly recommend.”

“Ronnie & Tyler are lifesavers. Friday before Memorial Day my electrician cancelled on me. I was in the process of completing my outdoor kitchen and needed the wiring done before the granite was placed on Friday afternoon. They were booked up but Ronnie agreed to swing by and see if anything could be done. In 3 hours, they had run all the wires and set the key outlets so that the work could continue. Because of their work, my kitchen was completed enough that we could enjoy the new grill for Memorial Day weekend. They will be back this week to finish trimming out the remaining outlets and installing the lights that i purchased over the weekend. I cannot say enough good things about them. Heck, they even called me on Saturday night to make sure that everything was good!!”

“This is the far best west valley storage that is amazing…. First off I love that you can check in yourself if you didn’t want to go into the office and the process was very easy and smooth… after I signed up online they told me to head to my space and I got a access code and it worked… they have elevator as well so that you won’t have to keep walking up and down the stairs… and I have air conditioning in my unit which keeps my things fresh and smelling nice… the space was bigger than I thought and it was clean and it provided the keys and lock once you break the seal… the hours are cool as well… I love this location and storage place”
