“Nicholas, was great. I have a 2013 Infiniti JX35 that uhaul installed a plug and play adapter kit on for me. They had originally overcharged me on accident for a hardwire and even after I paid and was ready to leave, they were completely honest and refunded me my additional $40. Next day hooked up my trailer and it didn’t work exactly as it should have so I called up to uhaul. They fit me in next day and spent 2+ hours in making it right. Great experience and integrity and trust is key. Highly recommend. Now we can tow our boat with our suv.”

She was always checking in on us and asking if we needed her help with anything. She was consistently very thoughtful during our house hunting trips. For instance, she would bring lunch, toys and refreshments for the kiddos which was so nice of her. She would offer to go and take videos and pictures of properties when we weren't in town and would go that very same day. She was very responsive and quick to get us the info we needed. She was also very good dealing with the home builders to negotiate the best deal. She negotiated with 3 different home builders on our behalf and was very patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Jennifer was always insightful, professional and responsive. Outstanding service, started the day with a courtesy call letting me know they we're on there way.. On time along with a Good morning and a smile. Proceeded with moving furniture to truck with efficiency and TLC. Unloaded the same way. No dents, no scratches. Even setup a very heavy mahogany king bed that used screws and bolts to put together.
