“This place is amazing. I have been coming here for years, but unless someplace is bad, we forget to write a review. Having a pit-mix many places treated my dog differently. At Kierland Animal Clinic they don’t. They love to see her, they are accommodating and Lucy actually relaxes with the vet (she use to be scared). The supporting staff is friendly, helpful, and top of things. The group doesn’t run a bunch of unnecessary tests just to increase your bill. They are so honest and to the point. You can tell they do this because they truly care about the animal, not just looking at it as a $. I even went through a phase after everything seemed to go wrong in my life (mom in icu, lost my business, etc) in which I was hyper paranoid. They were so understanding and patient with me during this time. I really can’t sing their praises enough & have referred my parents and clients to them. Usually when going to a specialist like this it's not for a good thing so it's very helpful when the neurologist is compassionate and truly cares about each fur kid she sees! “Dr. Gamez and her assistant Heather were wonderful. I was nervous about finding a vet to care for my small dog who would understand my anxiety about how small she is and having her under anesthesia for dental care. Heather and Dr. Gamez were competent, empathetic and took plenty of time to answer my questions and looked my little dog over from head to toe. I also appreciated they didn't push treatment, but discussed pros and cons, then let me decide. Even the front desk was kind and listened to my concerns without making me feel silly or feel judged for the time that has lapsed since my dog had veterinary care. The office is busy and that speaks volumes. They seem to be well organized dispite being short staffed and very busy. I also found their prices agreeable. I was worried that given the location the office would take advantage of demographic, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Im glad i found a "veterinary home" as all 3 of my dogs are getting older and I appreciate having a place I feel comfortable taking them to. Thank you! 💖💖🤗🤗”

“This review is so long overdue. My husband and I moved from Tucson last fall and I kept saying that I would write this, but the words evaded me. I just don't know how to express my gratitude for Dr. Martin, so I'll try to keep this brief. Dr. Shelly Martin is probably the best vet I will ever have had the privilege of knowing. First of all, she is extremely intelligent. When she doesn't know something, she's not afraid to tell you that she doesn't know and she works diligently to find out via other resources. She loves animals and it shows. She never once made us feel rushed or that we were wasting her time. She always approached our dog confidently and with care. Most importantly, she NEVER "nickle and dimed" us. The charges were always discussed and we were never overcharged for a single service. Throughout the course of our time in Tucson, our dog, Oakley, experienced a number of health issues. Each and every time, Dr Martin went above and beyond to explain the current situation and the possible courses of action. Her demeanor was always professional and calming. In a world where we've all become a number, Dr. Martin is someone who remembers you, your pet and what's going on with your pet. Her staff is friendly, her waiting room is always clean and inviting and the wait times are never excessive. In my opinion, finding a quality vet is extremely difficult. Dr. Martin and Adobe Veterinary Center are what I miss the most about our move from Tucson. If you live anywhere in Tucson, believe me, it's worth the drive to see her.”

“My sad day today was made better by my experience with Katherine at KC In Home Pet Euthanasia. I was able to kindly take care of my fur buddy's final arrangements from the comfort of our home. There was no stress of taking him to a vet that he hardly knows. This was the best experience for my loving pet and my family. Katherine arrived promptly and took care of everything with compassion and caring. This was truly the humane thing that had to be done with my aging cat who had multiple health issues. She made a little paw print plaque for me to remember my Scrappy. the one they provide does not have the little beads, but it does have a name that they stamp in. I had the beads and so we used them for his memorial plaque. I will cherish this memento forever. Scrappy was a good boy and I will miss him so much. KC In Home Pet Euthanasia is a blessing. “This vet was amazing when we sadly had to put our cat to sleep. She was 15 and started having seizures. We called this animal hospital and asked if they had an opening as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze us in because of the situation and told us there might be a slight wait. They took us to a room right away and they went above and beyond showing their compassion during a difficult time. They wrote sweet pipee on the board in the room they took us to, which we thought was so nice. The woman that gave the medicine to our cat let my 18 yr old hold her while she put her to sleep. We didn't want to lay her down and the vet understood and offered for us to keep holding her. That really meant a lot to us. I asked her if she could cut a little of her hair off for us and she said of course and she would be right back. She also brought us her foot prints with ink and foot prints in clay and even her hair in a little glass jar. We were so touched. She said she they give the ink print in case people want to get a tattoo. I couldn't believe the extra care they give. As I walked out the door I noticed a candle and a note at the front desk, and I again couldn't believe their compassion when I read it. It was our first time at this vet and we will definitely be back for care for our other animals. I unfortunately have had a couple animals I've had to say goodbye to the same way and I've never experienced anything like this at a vet.”

“The CARES team is absolutely amazing. They took such great care of our pup and we highly recommend this group. Our pup had a grade 1 soft tissue sarcoma and CARES scheduled a consult in 11 days. After the initial consult, our pup was in for same day surgery. The wait time inside the clinic was minimal which was great because we traveled 2 hrs for this appointment. The team was very kind and passionate about helping us determine the best care for our dog and transparent about price. They stayed in contact with us after surgery to continue to check in and assess any concerns we had and offered multiple times to speak with our local vet regarding bandage change and suture removal of needed.
