(October 20, 2020, 10:04 pm)I stayed in this little slice of heaven for two weeks while visiting my in-laws. The Mississippi is ever changing and there are sites available right on the water. I advise you to book early for the best views. I think it was sites 90 and 100 with the best view. There were barges and birds even got to see what looked like a river otter. For nature and tranquility this place is it! There was a bit of night life in the campground too, because my son who is traveling with made some cool friends to hang out with. But they were quiet and respectful too. The grounds offer decent showers and free laundry. This comes in handy for full timers or if you are taking a long trip. This place is truly a gem!

This place is awesome. Park is on the Arkansas side of the Mississippi River (West Memphis). Very close to Memphis. Reference: 15 minutes drive to Bass Pro Pyramid. The RV Park is so cool ?! You are right on the Mississippi River! Only 1 minute walk to the edge of the beautiful river after you park / set up!

The atmosphere is peaceful while the RV Park is well maintained and totally natural. The view of the sun rising over the Mississippi River is contemplative...
Across the River is the Tennessee plain and just one bend upstream is the Memphis skyline.
Peaceful walking, hiking, seating locations right on the Mississippi. Please take TIME to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Tom Sawyer’s RV Park offers electricity, water, and dump station. Clean gravel, mowed grass, and resting areas for RVs.
Staff is very friendly and they work hard to keep everything clean.
Laundry is FREE! The owner and staff obviously care about people. If you run into less than pleasing conditions, let the staff know by contacting via website / leave notes on the office door due to COVID19; it might be the person that used it before you and not due to the staff.
Appreciate Tom Sawyer RV Park in Arkansas very very much! Keep up the great work! The world needs more green, peaceful, and quiet places like this!!!

(October 9, 2020, 10:27 pm)Only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. Sites are open and not private but view of the Mississippi River makes up for that! Get a river front site if you can but if not they have a lot of nice benches along the river to enjoy the view. Never met hosts due to Covid, you just go straight to your site after grabbing your envelop outside the office but they were nice on the phone!!

(August 21, 2020, 12:10 pm)Beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, several things to keep oneself entertained, and great friendly staff that goes out of their way to make the best visit for you. Extremely well maintained and pet friendly and children friendly also. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else after staying here and do reasonably priced. The best part is the stunning view of the Mississippi River.
