“I was under the impression that they keep there word sold me a truck that was not working.. when I got if home few weeks pass if stopped pulling was told it was the transmission. So yes I call them and they did nothing so I didn't pay so they came and towed it without a key made it w worse than what it was. So they can't call me and told me to come in and pick it up and make a payment so I made a payment I have to picking it up they said it was fixed I get it to drive it over the bridge it stop pulling again so I had to get out call them and tell them that they needed to come and get it cuz it will not go so they had it said that they were working on it I kept on calling and calling and I got no response so one day I went over to get my items out of the truck and I told them that they need to put me in a new one they said I think about it after that it was raining so bad and I was alone I couldn't get my things out so I told them I will be back remind you I had no other Transportation so I had to wait for someone to bring me back when I did get someone to bring me back they had crushed my car with all my clothes my work clothes my Nike shoes my sentimental items my brother's death certificates my kids books other pictures other items my disabled tag I went over there and he made a joke laughing in my face oh it's smashed what type of customer service what type of business man owner does customers that kind of way they had my phone number if they were going to do that they could have called me to come and get my items out of it cuz I told them I was coming back they are low down no good nasty and they are what you call them trash so please anyone has has been said take your money elsewhere no matter what it looks like sounds like they're no good the wife is very rude”

He is always willing to work with the drivers. His coworkers are top notch too.😊👍 I used to dread coming here. Not anymore. I wish there were more shippers and receivers as professional as this place. Also, kudos to the dock workers. They're not trashing out the trailers like they used to. I bring them clean product in a clean trailer and they now give me pretty much a clean trailer back. Your employees should be treated and paid like true professionals. “Wonderful place to stay for the night. We had a clean comfortable room..hardwood floors. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. Lots of channels on the tv. And we ate from pizza inn who delivered to our room.. The prices were right on target. Last but not least the staff..they were friendly helpful and we felt comfortable here. The ONLY complaint we had was the continental breakfast. There was nothing to eat but cereal but there was no milk. We did however not get in there till 830am so I guess the others ate it all. Not a big deal.”
