“I started using Tatami Zoom-fitness group training classes when the shelter-in-place began. I was hesitant because I was unsure if I would get a good enough workout without in-person interaction or the use of gym equipment. Now, I look forward to the online classes each week. It's a circuit training style and is perfect for a home workout while in a group setting. Coach Chelsea encourages everyone to move at their own pace as everyone's fitness levels vary.
