“We rented a place in San Leandro and HBR was our rental company. We lived there for almost little over 3 year. During our tenure, HBR was always responsive to our maintenance request. Both Tanya and Stacie would usually respond within 24 hours and send maintenance crew on time to fix the issue at our place. We were in middle of getting out place while moving out of rental place and the mortgage bank had some queries and required a letter from HBR. Ellen and Nevine from the property manager team immediately helped us and got us the letter as per bank requirement. Overall, our experience with HBR was really pleasant and we highly recommend within the every aspect of real estate.”
