Christine is amazing! I struggled with prior PT work but have been able to resolve my back pain working with her. I highly recommend working with Christine if you have chronic pain or any issues causing you pain or making you feel unwell.
I have worked with Christine for approximately 5 years now. I never realized how bad my posture was and how it was affecting my overall health until I started working with Christine. Christine is familiar with a number of technics to help get your body to move and feel better. It's sometimes difficult to understand some of the medical terminology from some of my doctors. Christine explains what she thinks is challenging my body and explains what she will do to help me, using terms that I can understand. She is also very good at giving me visual cues to help me with the exercises that she is teaching me to ensure that my form is correct and that I get the most benefit from each movement.
Christine is a healer. It's really that simple. She gets to the bottom of your issue, whatever it is, and creates real change.
I suffer from chronic pain and over many years, I've tried it all: Rolfing, cranial-sacral, Rosen Method, various massage techniques, Alexander Technique and loads of PT. I got relief from all of these, but it was temporary. Since I've worked with Christine, I've gotten better and stayed that way.
Christine is a voracious learner and considers my many issues as a challenge to meet with her whole being. She's got the grounding and anatomy knowledge of a PT and the hands of a magician and is whip smart. Honestly, I have no idea why you are still reading this. Make an appointment, already!.
Physical therapy with Christine has been a wonderful experience for me. Initially I wasn't even able to walk for half an hour because of my right ankle and knee problems. But thanks to Christine's great care and help with my , just after 3 weeks my body condition improved significantly--the range of activities that I'm able to do now has just expanded so much that I can even try dancing now!! She's extremely professional, answers my every question patiently, and provide thorough guidance over my exercises. Highly recommend if you want to improve your physical conditions! Result will speak for itself =)
I've been seeing Christine for over three years and she's amazing. I've seen quite a few physical therapists over the years and it's hard for me to describe how thankful and grateful I am to have found Christine. I first visited her when I had a bulging disc and sciatic nerve pain. I remember that I had gone to another physical therapist and couldn't stop crying from the pain. I then visited Christine after a co-worker told me to check out Polestar Pilates based PT. Christine took a lot of my pain away after the first session and I've been hooked ever since. She simply has a gift and is always educating herself on new techniques. I fly into SF from LA just to see her now so that should show how amazing she is. If you're in pain or need a physical therapist, go see Christine.
