(April 4, 2017, 9:38 pm)I've done Jazzercise with Karen Park for more years than I care to say and I find that she has always had an excellent class. She knows good form, techniques and makes it fun while working out. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.

Karen Park and her staff are very professional and know how to help you to get in shape.
I stopped going to 24 hour fitness because I was not getting the guidance that I needed unless if I paid for a pricey personal trainer, with Jazzercise I get this guidance, friendliness and a great mental status after every single workout.
