Guy and his team provided excellent, professional service in selling my Alameda condo. I especially liked that Guy was my key point of contact. In addition, it is a bonus that he is just an honest and nice guy who really does everything he can to help you throughout the process, including successfully handling an unexpected last minute transaction that could have jeopardized the sale.

Selling a home is a stressful process on its own, and to do so during the Covid pandemic, made us even more anxious. Guy walked us through every step of the process (including the special restrictions in place) and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made excellent suggestions for how to get the house ready and prepped and to sell and then provided many helpful resources to get the work (such as decluttering, painting, cleaning, decorating) done. Guy was always available to answer our questions and we could trust him to be honest and reliable. His communications were clear and concise.
