The Salon by Robert Lupo

This is the only salon to go to in Alameda. It's simply the best! The owner and staff are warm, friendly and incredibly talented. The salon is beautifully designed and impeccably clean and sanitary. I've lived in Beverly Hills and now in San Francisco and I would travel from anywhere to have my hair done by Khalila at Robert Lupo's The Salon.

Everyone is VERY personable and professional. I'm updating from 3 to 5 stars because when Robert saw that I wasn't totally satisfied with my haircut, he offered for me to come in so he could fix it free of charge, and he did a fantastic job! The before haircut wasn't bad, it just wasn't working for my hair type when it naturally dried.

Love The Salon! Kayla, Ari, and Enrique are all amazingly talented. Robert and the rest of the stylists are super sweet and helpful and make you feel like family when you are there. ❤️

I'm so happy they are open again. The atmosphere is clean, bright and welcoming. Enrique gave me a super haircut and style. I love it and highly recommend him. After a year of wearing braids and clips in my hair, it's nice to have a healthy vibrant haircut! Thank you Enrique!

Haircut with Kelli. THE BEST haircut I've had since the days of Vidal Sasson!! She understood what I wanted then counseled me on what she felt needed to be done to achieve the effect and look and then executed the cut perfectly..I am beyond pleased. She's a magician. I highly recommend this salon and especially Kelli!
