(January 29, 2019, 7:40 pm)I was eating healthy and working out until I got too busy at work, suddenly I was eating a mountain of sugar and drinking a river of carbonation--I needed serious nutrition help! Part of the problem was that I was out of balance. The Monterey Center of Alameda helped me to get it back together. Valerie provided life coaching at her wellness center, where they not only do an amazing sauna/vitamin detox, but biofeedpack, neurofeedback, AND PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Frequency [for bone healing and pain management] -which before coming I'd never heard of!!
At the end of the sessions I was back in balance with my life and work and Valerie treated me to a clarifying foot bath where toxins poured out of me. Thank you Valerie and TMCA!! Ill be back in June!
