Great people of the highest standard. Friendly, caring, responsive and professional. I've been insuring all manner of invaluable assets with this office for thousands of days. Cars, Mansions, outbuildings, livestock and a priceless black velvet Batman painting! I can't recommend these folks enough. Also, they are within crawling distance of the Mel-o-dee. So no worries there.

I had a pleasant introductory video call with Jay to not only meet for the 1st time but also to go over my existing policies ( home and car). Jay was very knowledgeable and pointed out the pluses and also identify possible areas to improve coverage. It was great to go over the details of my policies. Jay took over for my previous State Farm insurance person (who recently retired) and I am sure we will have a great business relationship. Five stars.

Jay and his team were extremely helpful. Jay in particular who is the leader of the team has great knowledge and terrific interpersonal skills. The two other team members I dealt with also dead. I had a little bit of complexity to deal with so they suggested I speak with Jay . He really explained things well and gave me options and pros and cons for that I could consider. He really looked out for my interests and was a great resource. I highly recommend his State Farm agency.
