Eric and the whole Galvin team really came through when I needed it! Their excellent service step-by-step turned a "your company killed my dishwasher" problem into a flawless victory. They really delivered the excellent local store experience our customer demanded. It really made a big difference and cleared up all the trouble that home depot and lowes caused when we tried them.
I went here in search of a counter-depth refrigerator, after Home Depot informed me the one I bought wouldn't be installed as promised; 2-1/2 month delay! Mr. Robinson waited in me at Galvin and was most informative, helpful and was able to find the refrigerator I wanted (to be delivered in June). He had a 7.5 cubic refrigerator for $499, that will take care of my needs until the new one is delivered Galvin's has stoves, microwaves, refrigerators and I spotted a washer too. For a good small business, I was favorably impressed with service and selection.
I bought all new kitchen appliances and washer dryer. Galvin was great. First I went there and decided on what kitchen appliances I wanted. I checked the prices with big box stores (Home Depot, Costco, etc.) wherever I could find the same model. The prices were comparable except in one case when Home Depot had a one week sale. But it wasn't the model I wanted in any case. Galvin insisted that somebody come out and measure my spaces. That was free. The install was done without a hitch. Oh they are having a little bit of trouble getting some appliances because of the pandemic, but I think that probably affects everyone. The only thing that I had trouble with was the garbage disposal. Apparently they got a whole batch of bad ones. They cheerfully refunded my money and I picked one up at Home Depot. The last time I bought appliances it was at Sears (remember them?). Sears totally incompetent, I had to tell them how to install a washer dryer. Working with Galvin was a real treat.
We got excellent service from Galvin's when we needed a difficult to obtain built-in oven. They always deliver! And their price was reasonable.
Excellent customer service, and appliances at a reasonable price - who could ask for more? We'll always use Galvin's for our appliance needs.
I worked with Steve who patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I found our relationship to be friendly, professional and informative. Steve responded to me quickly and he was a pleasure to work with. And the prices here seemed better than other places. I would highly recommend Galvin.
