After looking at area rugs on the internet for almost a year and then visiting a number of local rug stores, we purchased a beautiful vintage rug at Access Rugs. It was a a very positive experience. The owner was kind and patient as we looked at a large number of rugs. And most importantly, he was willing to work within our budget. We initially purchased a rug, brought it home and found it didn’t work with our colour scheme. He assured us we could bring it back and exchange it. And we did just that. We are now 100% satisfied with our purchase. We are looking forward to getting a second one in the near future. We highly recommend supporting this local business.
