Because we are not from US, we had to arrange our booking through Expedia, who only allows for one month bookings, therefore we had to return to the agency three times, before finally returning the car.
We have been upgraded twice, each time the new car was so much better than the previous that we could hardly believe it. The people at the agency were efficient, courteous and accommodating. It is our best experience ever in car rental. When we return to Berkeley we definitely plan to use it again.
