    12/17/18 Update: 15 Minute Smog & Oil Change has moved to 2598 Sacramento St., Berkeley, CA 94702 (between Parker St. and Blake St.) Still the best place to bring your car for a smog check! Super fast service, friendly staff and great price! Patio table, sun umbrella, chairs, magazines and Wi-Fi service available.

    2017 - Fast service 15 Minute Smog (STAR Certified) is the best place to bring your car(s) for a smog check!
    Located in Berkeley just off of hwy 80, the owner and staff are friendly, the service is really fast and the price is great!! There is a patio table, sun umbrella, chairs and magazines for you browse through.
    First time customer and very pleased!

    Jose was great! Tried two different places to get ansmog check and met only empty garages or poor customer service. Jose greeted us with a smile, and waxed philosophically about life. In and out in 10 mins.

    Great price great service. I called around to get quotes on my pre 2000 vehicle, and 15 Minute Smog was the cheapest at $40. The mechanic was nice and friendly. He chatted with me while working on my car. Highly recommend this place for STAR certified smog check.

    This place should be called 5 minute smog test. I was so early to my DMV appointment that they couldn't see me yet. Convenient, fast, friendly. Cleaned my windows. A++
