“Connor is an exceptional acupuncturist and, (even better!) a kind, vibrant and thoughtful person. The office is a wonderfully curated, relaxing and nourishing environment (chill music, low light, comfy chairs, the works!) that perfectly matches the welcoming and accepting presence he brings to his practice. He’s good at explaining what he’s doing and why if you’re into that (I am), and has always made sure I am safe, comfortable, and cared for. At the end of the day, it’s clear that he cares about his clients’ health & wellness. I’ve seen him work with others during community acupuncture sessions, and he’s exceptionally warm and caring to everyone who comes through his door. Bonus: If you’re scared of needles, new to or worried about acupuncture, or concerned about if your practitioner really cares or is listening to your needs, this is your person. “Dr. Cheung is an excellent endodontist. I had a complex and complicated treatment plan that required rectifying prior root canal treatments from other dentists. Dr. Cheung ensured that I was comfortable during my treatment, and skillfully alleviated all tooth pain. I appreciate his attention to detail, especially due to the complexity of my infection. All infections were thoroughly cleaned and treated, and my natural tooth structure was maintained (this is greatly appreciated, as I was advised by other dentists that the tooth could not be saved). Dr. Cheung is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated to listening to the patient. Throughout the process, I was put at ease when Dr. Cheung explained each procedure step-by-step. I found Dr. Cheung's hand skills to be precise and deft: he was able to effectively save my teeth from lingering infections. “I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about this service. I was hesitant at first to give them a try because the reviews weren't great, and I reached out to first find a therapist. Their customer service called me right away and matched me with the specific therapist I was looking for (African-American female). The rep also gave me a few alternate names if I didn't click with my first choice. I got an appointment a couple weeks out, and now I see my therapist EVERY WEEK with a $20 copay. I was so encouraged by my experience that I reached out to their psychiatry department to try antidepressants, and I got an appt the next day! I can easily communicate with my doctors through messaging, and it's all virtual. Their platform is simple and user friendly, and I get check-in emails from them often. THANK YOU FORESIGHT!”
