Great service. I had my first accident and they really made me feel like they cared.

The PEOPLE at this agency are WONDERFUL and VERY helpful. One of the items you can pay separately for, ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE, leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!! Within the past week, I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle while it WAS RUNNING!!! I called in for help and the amount of time they said it would take to come out to help me (even tho a tow place is 2 miles from me) was approximately 1.5-2 hrs. I had an EXTREMELY RUDE rep on the phone that I was dealing with. When she told me that, I said well then I'm going to need gas for my vehicle by that time. She said I'd need to set up a separate service call for fuel and even tho I told her my wallet and phone WERE IN THE LOCKED CAR, she asked for my debit card, which was in my wallet which was in the vehicle. She was REALLY snotty with me. So after WAITING A LITTLE OVER FOUR HOURS, the tow truck FINALLY ARRIVED. The driver had 2 females in the truck with him. Hmmmm... And it took FOUR HOURS TO HELP ME???? VERY INTERESTING. ?? This was my 2nd sub-par experience with the "Roadside Assistance" that I PAY EXTRA FOR!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN GET AAA, BUT I DO RECOMMEND SNIEZEK AGENCY for insurance! THIS AGENT'S OFFICE IS VERY HELPFUL!!

I went to Castro valley location as a customer and ended up working as a Customer service Representative. This is one of the best place I have worked so far. The manager here is awesome, she always gives her best to please her Customer as well as her employees. Great teamwork to provide excellent service to the customers. You will always get the help you needed. I ended up leaving this company for my career, but I still recommend people to work here.
