Deer Creek Funeral Service

Outstanding customer service but apparently this store is humiliating the employees by making them turn around, show the bottom of their shoes etc for the camera at the front door to show they weren’t stealing anything when they leave. I felt terrible for them when I asked what they were doing and was told about their policy for employees and managers.

Jay was extremely professional and helpful during a difficult time for our family. We used Deer Creek for my mom when she passed away in 2014, and the upmost care she received from Deer Creek staff was appreciated. My father wanted nobody else to handle his body when he recently passed. With COVID protocols, Jay came to our home to complete the paperwork and walked us through the entire process despite us already going through it back in 2014, so we appreciated the clear communication. Jay was present for our father’s services and made sure everything went according to plan. Thank you Jay and thank you Deer Creek staff.

Jay is an amazing person, super understanding, went out his way to assist our family during this time. I went to several other places looking for assistance and they just threw a lot of questions and options that became overwhelming, they speak as if we should know how to cope with this, or know the process but with Deer Creek Funeral Services, Jay just said Don't worry, I will guide you through the process and made it very easy for us.
