“I take two classes here: bollywood and contemporary. Both classes have helped me a great deal with fitness and confidence. Mrs monica, the owner, is so sweet and understanding if you ever can not make it to a class. The classes are perfect if you like a smaller class size or are nervous in crowds. I love the individual attention the teachers place on the students. Many times in bollywood dance I have done a move incorrectly and the teacher immediately noticed, told me and turned the situation into a learning experience. Everything just feels so nice and like a family when you're there. I would suggest contemporary dance to anyone with persistent balance or knee problems such as myself.”
