This is an official Verizon shop...Every time I've visited this location I've been impressed at the store's cleanliness, short wait before being helped the sales clerks are genuinely friendly, helpful and thoroughly educated about current phones/computers/pads/electrical equipment/service plans/etc being sold. In a time where customer service generally means either talking a computer or being routed to a person in another country (who may/may not be able to help me)- it's refreshing to know I can always stop by this location and quickly find the exact help I need. ????
I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I stay with them because of great customer service in stores and on the phone. Special shout out to Sara and Marcello!! Sara was super helpful and patient with me. Both of them made sure I got the accessories I wanted even though they weren't in stock. I will definitely go back!
