Cornelius is a great motivator and trainer. the training sessions are always changing so you are constantly using different muscle groups and you don't get bored. Cornelius individualize each persons workout so you get the results you want.
Cornelius also brings a lot of expertise from different types of self defense such as kick boxing and JKD which adds a different dimension to the training program. I have tried many different programs over the years and with this one I have gotten the best and lasting results.
Cornelius is a Great trainer. Very educated in Health and the Body and how it works. . I mean, he breaks this workout thing down to the Science! Lol.. I know many Trainers, have spoken with more Trainers and not One has communicated with me, in the way he has. He definitely knows his stuff! Nice gym. Nice staff. Absolutely recommended!
Cornelius is fantastic. The training sessions are really interesting and makes a lot of difference. Cornelius ensures that we remain motivated and not get bored of having similar routine in the gym. It’s a really wonderful place.

I joined the 16 week fitness challenge. I was very over weight and no desire to exercise. After joining the challenge and meeting my trainer all that changed. Cornelius is a very awesome trainer. He is honest and truthful. He never miss a class and is always on time. He worked me very hard. When things began to get easy he would up the level. He always change the exercise and had us doing different things. I began to really like boxing. I thought that I could not run but he has taught me that I'm not to old to run. I lost 10 pounds and had kept it off. I'm going to continue my program and I would suggest that you come and join us for a great challenging workout.
