Even though it's a group session, he gives attention to each and everyone of us. He would come and correct the form right away if we are doing it wrong. His workout routines are different from week to week as well so that we don't get bored! He pushes and motivates to do more than we think we are capable of. “Reflection Auto Finishing is by far that best body shop I’ve ever had in the past 30 years. An SUV backed into my Tesla Model 3 in the parking lot of a grocery store. Even with my dash cam recording the other driver still tried hard to deny his responsibility. The whole thing was just distraught – dealing with the other lying driver and fighting the case with the insurance company and of course having the car fixed. Mark removed the whole stress away from me after I found him and handed my car over. He doesn’t have a shiny large sign saying it’s “Tesla Certified” or a nice building with fancy office and customer rest area. But he won me over by giving a truthful, honest and very reasonable estimation without any gimmick or sales pitch like other shops did. As the insurance company was only willing to pay 80% of the repair cost even with all the evidence I provided including the dash video, the true cost matters a lot to me. Mark and his team completed the job on time and restored the car like new. See pictures below. Mark is a man of honor who keeps all his words. In these days I rarely see shops and men like Mark that have the old-school honor while being able to do a perfect repair on a car of the latest technology.
