Such a great company to work for! Very friendly and easy going company culture I worked for a few companies as a nurse and was paid higher than maxim but I was always at edge but this is the most supportive company I have worked for , They are caring and compassionate. They care about their employees and give them full support at every step . The pay scale is average but the flexibility is great !!!

I’ve been employed with Maxim as a Home Care Nurse for 3 months now and I must say at first I was a bit hesitant because they haven’t had the best reputation in past years. I have found that they are very great office to work with. All recruiters and schedulers are very responsive and communication has been great. Whenever I’ve reach out to clinical staff They have been extremely helpful. I give them a 5 stars

Maxim has been such an amazing place to work. I was accepted into the Novice Nurse program as a new graduate RN. I learned so much from my instructor and really got to work closely with the head of my program. Everyone has been so helpful, making sure I’m 100% comfortable and supported. This is a team that I appreciate so much, and I couldn’t be more thankful to start my career as a nurse with this company.

Maxim is a wonderful company to work for. They are incredible receptive to my needs as a new graduate nurse. Their novice nurse program provides me with all the resources and support that I need to succeed at my job. Most of the time someone is available if you have any problems or concerns. I recommend this company, especially if you are a new graduate!
