(January 10, 2020, 11:37 am)I had a wonderful time with Khadija Ahmed while she opened a checking account for me. She was very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. She answered all my questions and even helped me set up mobile banking and showed me how to add a digital card on my phone! She really went above and beyond and I will always remember what a great experience I had.

(April 25, 2019, 7:51 pm)I use to bank with bank of America about 10 year ago and i had a bad experience with them the first time so I stop banking with them. 10 year later i come back to cash my paycheck i was willing to pay 8$ and be out the door but the one lady name Kyong (KAY) Jun was very helpful with understanding what the bank can do for me i was very impressed that i open up and account with bank of America...
