“This place is a real gem! I'm so happy to have found a studio that teaches classical Pilates, as opposed to the 'contemporary' styles found at a lot of other studios/gyms. The teachers are very experienced and knowledgeable, you can tell they're passionate about what they do. I love their personal approach, they truly teach the body that's in front of them. I've been going to East Bay Pilates for nearly 2 years now. Week after week I'm challenged by their workouts, you never get bored! The studio is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Emeryville. (added bonus: free street parking and it's close to both Target and Ikea)”

He always makes our visits personal and the new Office Manager is just a plus in the office. She offers us a bunch of comfort during our visits which lacked in the past. “Seems like a cruel joke to have a PT place up a flight of stairs (I was on crutches when I first started coming), but word-to-the-wise: there's an elevator in the middle of the building complex! All the staff here were great, and they helped me get back up and biking in no time after my tibial plateau fracture! A very positive experience after a very unfortunate accident.”
