Best car buying experience I have had. Period.
Perhaps its a function of the "no-haggle" policy or maybe I was just lucky, but Adam Noble was patient, informative and not pushy when it came to making a sale. He simply provided information and showed me tools that I could use to help make the best decision for me.
I really appreciated being able to stop in, look around, go for a test drive, look at other options in inventory and LEAVE without buying a car that day.
This allowed me to go home, digest the information, compare with other options and make the best decision before moving forward.
Adam was upfront and honest about other options that may have been available at different Autonation dealerships. In the end, this was nice because I already had trade estimates from them and new exactly what I was getting into before proceeding.
In the end, I found the vehicle that I wanted at an affiliated AN dealer and the BMW Fremont team swiftly had the car delivered to their lot the same day (local transfer from mountain view).

When I took my car in, they were very thorough of what will be done and how its going to be fixed. They communicated pretty often with the status of the work which is great. They offer loaner cars as well so you can get going with your day. I wouldn't take my car elsewhere than here. Thanks again Anthony!
