I moved last week from Cypress to Tomball and was having no luck finding movers. The gentleman took the time to personally reach out to me and go over their fees and that they would happy to assist me, even with short notice. They arrived promptly and got everything moved out of my old apartment and into my new one. I highly recommend using this company! They were professional in all aspects. They were careful and moved quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

You will NOT be disappointed by hiring this company. From the beginning of me getting quotes from different moving services, Cypress Copperfield Movers stood out. They were transparent and reassuring about all my concerns and advised me on the best things to do/ buy for my things to ensure a good move. The owner, Douglas gave me sound advice and let me in on all the hidden fees that the other companies would spring on me last minute. His quote was fair, honest and much more reasonable than the 3 other ones I received from the big companies nearby. Douglas and his worker helped me move out of my cramped one bedroom apartment to a new complex on the 3rd floor. Not only were they very fast, but they were also careful with all my furniture/boxes. Moving days for me are usually very stressful, but hiring Douglas alleviated a lot of my worries. He and his worker did a great job and followed all my specific instructions about where I wanted things put. He even moved 3 big flatscreen TVs with no trouble and all with a smile on his face. He’s a great guy who makes you feel comfortable and like you’re in good hands. Will definitely be using this service again if I ever move again!

IMA JUST SAY THIS. I KNOW ITS BAD REVIEWS BUT PLEASE GO SEE FOR YOURSELF. MY CAR GOT TOWED FROM WORK WITH MY PURSE AND EVERYTHING! I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THE SITUATION I WAS IN. BUT WHEN I SAY I WAS SO BLESSED AND RELIEVED THAT I WAS DEALING WITH PEOPLE THAT WANTED ME TO GET MY CAR OUT AND BY ANY MEANS THAT THEY COULD HELP, THEY DID. I WAS AND I AM SO GRATEFUL. SO PLEASE DONT LISTEN TO ME OR THE REVIEWS. GO FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF; YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

My car was taken within minutes by this company. I was worried it would be damaged, but it wasn’t what so ever (picked up at the auction). Went to Pittsburg to pick up my stuff in my car (Toyota Prius). Bad thing is, this place is not easy to find. It’s not where gps pins you to, but further down by tracks. The manager/woman that runs this place was understanding and fit me in the schedule. She explained to me that it’s her job to list all my property and remove it when all cars come in. She wasn’t rude and it must not be easy for this type of job. I’m writing this review in hopes to apologize for my behavior. You can trust that she respects her position for what I personally experienced. I am not happy about my car getting repossessed, but I am definitely happy this is the company that took it!! It was not the nightmare I was expecting. The auction, now that is a long wait time if like myself waited to long And car was at the auction. A+ and 5 stars for the professionalism for Metro Daybreak.
