Been here for about 1.5 years. The last few months have been the best since Paul came on board and started making a lot of great changes!
1) Pest control. It was a big reason we started looking elsewhere BUT Paul made it a point to get fixed and he kept following up until we had no more issues. We are pest free now!
2) Washer /Dryer upgraded to play electronically! Laundry before was such a hassle with quarters. Now I can pay on the app!
3) Follow ups / questions. I question everything. Paul has been so patient and so great at following up on my requests.
Shout out to Paul! If it wasn’t for my cousin offering his home, I would for sure love to stay at whatever complex you’re managing because I know I’ll be well taken care of! Thank you for all your hard work Paul!
I was referred to Paul Truong who is the property manager at Pentagon apartments. My first impression was the outdated paint job & 3 tiers of multiple units sharing the same red door, reminding me of Motel 6. The heavy drilling noise and the air smelt of burnt tires from construction next door was nauseating. NOWAY!!!
But Despite the many concerns I had, regarding infrastructure, air quality & the inconvenience to do laundry, Paul was able to identify key selling points & other amenities that appealed to my taste. I admire his patience and knowledge in many areas, such as walking me through all the paperwork, including utilities, renters insurance etc…I really am grateful for his help and would of never signed a lease with pentagon apartments if it weren’t for Paul T. Why??I admired his work ethics, & with much interruptions by many people going in and out the door, he remained calm, effective and efficient. (fyi -they need to hire more people!! One person cannot physically be in 3 places at once.)
Recommendation- please install a bathroom in the office. It’s like walking into a hotel lobby … but with no bathroom…..
I noticed a small door mistaken for a restroom, only to find a tiny janitor looking closet equipped with security footage). This is VERY strange!!! First, it’s inconvenient for both prospects & employees who spend the majority of their time discussing and reviewing paperwork. The landlord must be very frugal…
