I purchased an IRP short shifter from Burst Craft and the part was backordered and slow to arrive - but rather than being a bad experience the owner, Braulio responded immediately to every email I sent asking for updates with clear, honest answers and even offered to refund the order. I was patient because of his great communication and received the part today along with a personal note from Braulio because the order was delayed. What a great way to turn a problem into a positive experience! I highly recommend doing business with them!
