  This place is AMAZING. I have not had my eyes checked in four years and each employee and doctor I encountered was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The process of getting my eye exam done was easy and not at all complicated. One of the employees walked through different styles of glasses until I found the perfect one, and I was astounded by the large amount of high quality options. And lastly, with my insurance, I paid way less than I thought, even with added features for my glasses. I intend to keep coming here for my vision care and I highly recommend that you come here if you’re looking for a place to get your eye exams done/looking for glasses :)

  Can make an appointment online, super quick service, open past work hours for me so that's a huge plus. I ordered contacts, it only took 2 days and i was able to go pick them up.

  Great customer service. I been coming for my eye exam and glasses 3 + years, my daughters and I are always happy with service and patient from each individual staff. We go every year to check our eyes they always accommodate my timing request. I saw other review with 1 star .. I was very surprise. Something we have to understand is that Doctor prescribes and makes recommendations depending on our needs and what is best for our eyes if you chose to go for it then we paid to get it done from the optician and period. Your eyes will have to adjust to changes if you can't then services were given as per you request. It is not charity is a business with policy to follow. I'm sorry but I always get great service and most of the people here have been given 5 stars. If you want good service good price and good glasses go to view in Fremont.
