I was looking at a used Toyota Highlander and Yama auto just happened to have one in their inventory, I checked their website, yelp review, and I have a good feeling regarding their customer service and I always like to purchase things from family owned business. They did not disappoint and I have to write a 5 stars review for them .
Sal helped me all the way through and he is a very genuine guy and family man. He helped me for a test drive , making sure everything is a beautiful condition, and gave me a ride from Fremont bart station to their shop. He helped me to process all the documentation, never being pushy. The whole process was very easy, no pressure and I got my beautiful 2015 Toyota highlander. I want to give Sal 10 stars . I will definitely visit again if i need another used car and I will certainly share with my friends.

Wow, I never thought I would say I had a great experience purchasing a car, but Sal and his family made it so pleasant. They were easy to communicate with and so friendly. I got an amazing deal on the perfect car for my local food truck business. Sal even helped me look for other cars to make sure this one was the exact fit for us. I live in Northern California where the car dealers overprice cars, because we have to drive about three hours to get to the next dealer. I searched locally for a good deal on a used Honda Odyssey for months and visited several dealerships in my town. High miles and high prices. Finally, I started looking online and found my 2017 Honda Odyssey with low miles for an excellent deal at Yama Auto Brokers. Too good to be true. Thousands of Dollars below what I found locally. Honestly, I was afraid to buy a car online, but Sal from Yama Auto Brokers did everything possible to convince me that I was not going to get scammed. I had many questions, and he answered them patiently. He showed me every inch of this van on face-time. He did not pressure me at all, and I asked him questions several days in a row. After I told him that I am buying it, Sal sent the paperwork to me via FedEx and I returned it to him signed via the pre-paid envelope. It was easy. In the meantime, Sal had the van serviced by Honda and he had it detailed to look like new. He sent me pictures of the van being loaded up for delivery. The delivery driver sent updates and arrival time estimates. Long story short my shiny van arrived at my front door. Everything was exactly as promised. Sal was the friendliest car sales person I have every dealt with (and since I am up in age, I have purchased many cars already). Mike the delivery person was also very nice. I give Sal, Yama Auto Brokers, and their delivery person an A+. You can trust them to purchase your vehicle online.
