First of all let me just say joe what a great guy , he knows what he's doing. honest, transparent , helpful went above and beyond since I don't know much about metals super happy to come to this place I got more then I expected it definitely coming back ... Oh by the way I recommended it 😉

Came here to check metals of jewelry and the technician was so patient in analyzing over 30 pieces of jewelry and other items. Showed me the screen as they were analyzed and educated me on an antique watch I brought in. Thank you.

My appreciation goes to Joseph, who took the time to help me with some IT concerns involving possible scams. He gained nothing from helping me other than my totall appreciation. He spent almost an hour giving me guidance and research information. I would totally trust this guy if I had any gold or precious metals to market.

Pacific precious metals excellent it's my favorite place to do business with.. my only question is I wish they had some way that I can spend money and buy silver or gold and not be taxed for it because I don't always have $1,500 at one time. So a lot of times I'll buy my precious metals from a competitor who knows I will spend $1,500 over a course of time so they don't charge me tax
