I’ve been going to this Minit Auto for approximately 10 years maybe more {Yo viene aqui mas de diez años} and I know that the ASE Certified Technician Mr. Kyin Wong , I have dealt with here seems completely honest {Señor Kyin Wong es mas Sincero } to me because besides his service being “GUARANTEED” I have asked him if he thought certain air filters in my engine needed replacing and if he , was , actually just trying to make a profit he could’ve just said yes but he honestly answered “no” , I do love the list of things that the car will need that you know you can take care of later. I have always been treated with total respect as far as being a woman coming in and waiting alone , this place is the best and this is why I give it my “FIVE STAR” rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️{Yo lo mando, mi “CINCO ESTRELLAS”} ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ????????????”

“After I had hit a curb hard enough to rupture a tire on a Sunday afternoon it was hard to find a tire shop open and able to service my car. Fremont Tire & Wheels was open and immediately able to provide me service! I have been to more than a handful of car/tire shops around the Fremont area and I have to say my experience here was one of the best so far. Right from the start I genuinely felt like a valued customer, not at all like the insincere salesman approach I've sensed at other places. I needed to replace at least two tires and I was very happy to hear that I had several options: buy new or find a couple of used tires in their inventory that I was satisfied with. Having options and not feeling pressured in a specific direction like I tend to feel at other shops was a welcome change for me : ) I found a couple used tires and was charged what I think is a fair rate for them. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half (and, honestly, a large portion of that time was actually me looking for the pair of used tires I wanted as I was patiently attended). I left as a satisfied customer (and also with a Himalayan Salt lamp so that I remember to care for myself as well as my car - as a Medical Professional I appreciate that holistic touch). I hope to be back again the next time I have any tire or wheel needs. I highly recommend this shop!”
