Bought a 2015 Suzuki S40 recently and after a couple of weeks, I found myself in Fremont and the bike started running very rough. I called the local Suzuki dealer and they could not look it over for 3+ weeks. Found Pinnacle via Google and emailed them. They responded quickly and I took the bike in. It took some time to get the parts, but that is to be expected with all the supply chain issues we are encountering. New petcock (which is a known weak link on these bikes) and a spark plug and it runs great again. Commuted twice on it this past week and rode to Gilroy from the Santa Cruz Mountains & it purred all day. Most excellent!

Very fine quality work! Had my aprilia RSV4 tire + brake+ chain+sprocket fully serviced here and had a pretty happy experience. Got my suspension fine tuned here as well like magic that really smooth up the cornering, in contrast my bike steers like a pig before.

I have a bike that has been sitting in my garage for almost 10 years (Honda Shadow 600). It wasn't stored properly, just parked one day and never used again. I contacted several shops, and Tu from Pinnacle sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He even picked up my bike for free from San Jose, brought it to his shop, and worked on it for over three weeks. He constantly kept in touch with me and provided updates. The final invoice came in even a bit lower than his estimate! My bike runs like new now.
I will use Pinnacle in the future and would recommend it anybody. They know what they are talking about, have great communication, and are very reasonable.
