As there are so many flooring company in bay area, it's so hard for me to choose one for my remodeling project. I have been to three different shops before deciding to go with GEW. Sales Johnny is so patient to answer all my questions and concerns about flooring, and he never rush me to purchase anything. Other than this, The biggest point that I choose them because their quotation is lower than others three that I received. Whereas, contractor Wu's exquisite skills and friendly attitude during installation really bring me a better home environment.

I love the service we received. It was very pleasant to work with them. Unfortunately I didn't recall her name but she represent the store and doesn't try to sell us more expensive hardwood. She cares about what we want, and lead us to possible options and let us choose. We are happy with our new floor's look! Thank you.
