Besides its close proximity to schools, BART, places of worship, and shopping centers, it really was just a friendly neighborhood environment. What helped cultivate that was the manager, Jennifer. She was always friendly and attentive, and you could tell she really cares about her tenants. The maintenance staff were wonderful as well.

(March 10, 2017, 12:18 am)Very quiet and peaceful place. Very attentive management. The schools are excellent and very close by.
Farmers' market and Safeway very close by.
Definitely recommend this place.
