Bryan was instrumental in selling my Fremont condo in a soft market. He came in with a plan and was there every step of the way. We were able to discuss every aspect of the prep and sale, with Bryan being willing to look as all sides of a decision. Rather than just agreeing with whatever I asked for, he'd give a fact and experienced based push back in the most rational and diplomatic way possible. We had some great discussions! When I needed contractors or services to prep the property, he was right there with recommendations that were far better than any I was able to find on my own. This is why, unless you are experienced at real estate and have a pretty much sale ready property, the cost of a full service realtor was worth every penny.
