(February 15, 2019, 5:31 pm)Such a warm and inviting center. It is small in space but efficient for the needs of local practitioners. I truly look forward to making this my new home for yoga and meditation! As for the 1-star review, the front door is locked in the early morning and late evening hours, but there was definitely a sign posted that said to go to the back door (to which I was promptly welcomed in and had a great session!)

(January 14, 2019, 8:53 pm)Garima helped me as my spiritual advisor. She really cared about me and what I was going through. All the anxiety I was having is now gone. The reading she did was amazing. Sometimes we just need that reassurance that we are on the right path. She provided that for me. We talked about love, my career, and a little about my past life. All very interesting and helpful information. We go on in our everyday physical lives doing what we normally do, but tapping in to the unseen and our soul gives an extra edge- just more information to guide you-more light for your journey. I feel better equipped for 2019. Bring it on!

(October 11, 2018, 2:23 am)My doctor recently recommended me to include Yoga and Meditation in my daily routine. So, I decided to enroll a Yoga class.
Lucky me, I found an advertisement in Nextdoor for a new Yoga center opening up in Niles downtown. I decided to check out and took advantage of the introductory offer and joined the class.
It is difficult to satisfy me, but this place changed me. All instructors with whom I had sessions so far, are wonderful and very knowledgeable, have exceeded my expectations. Speed of the sessions just right for me, their warm and personal attention really helping me a lot. I started liking this place so much, I commit every day to attend the class and enjoy each and every class/sessions.
I am going to make this place as the place for me to practice, learn and lead a healthy life. The body has given me so much, finally I am happy I am able to return a favour by taking care of it.
