“Such a warm and inviting center. It is small in space but efficient for the needs of local practitioners. I truly look forward to making this my new home for yoga and meditation! As for the 1-star review, the front door is locked in the early morning and late evening hours, but there was definitely a sign posted that said to go to the back door (to which I was promptly welcomed in and had a great session!)”

“There aren't enough stars to accurately rate this place. I was in a fitness rut and looking to change things up when I stumbled across Heni. Six months later, I'm organizing my life around going to as many classes here as possible. All of the trainers are incredible - supportive and attentive, recognizing each participant's comfort zone and pushing it just enough. I always thought group training wasn't for me, but every class here just feels like working out with friends. Walking into Heni was one of the best choices I've ever made!”
