I live across the country and couldn't be there this year, but Kathy helped make my mom's birthday extra special; she even delivered it herself! “Devout is one of my favorite roasters! I can't always make it out to this location, but I stop by when I'm in the area. It's fantastic light roast single origin high quality coffee. They do pour over from a bunch of different beans. In the back of the shop you can see their roaster. It was implied that you can watch them roast there, but I haven't been by when that's happening yet. There are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your coffee, whether or not you brought your laptop to get work done too. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area or passing through nearby!”
