Very straight forward, gave me a time and showed up on time. Gave me a price, explained what was needed along with some options. Nice, professional and easy to deal with. By the end of the next day I had my new tankless water heater installed and running. Paid the original amount quoted and the work and unit are both high quality. Highly recommended.

Finally we could not endure it and contacted budget water heater at 9:30 PM on Saturday, they said they will come right away. unbelievable in US! They are really amazing plumbers, they solved our problem in several minutes with a very decent price. They are really 7-24 hours plumber.
