Dr. Khetrapal evaluated me carefully and said it was none of the above and the pain resulted from bad sleep posture and will go away in time. As a precautionary measure, at my suggestion, he asked me to have an ultra sound to check for stones. Dr. Khetrapal was correct right from get go. I have no hesitation recommending him to my family.”

“Update for 11/7/17. Thank you so much Michael Goldin! He said he was sorry for what happened from that incident on October 23, 2017. Doctor Goldin was very patient and calm with me. He did not smart mouth, intimidate, rush, or make me feel bad like the other useless doctors in US HealthWorks did. He did a pain exam which is what I wanted so he knows where the pain is. He was very knowledgeable about the back, lower back, and left bottom. See this doctor if you're having problems with your back! What I liked the most was, he was actually LISTENING to me instead of jumping into conclusions like the other doctors did! And they wonder why I chose this doctor! It's not easy finding a doctor you can trust!”

“This is the first morning since 09/28/2020 that I have not been in pain or discomfort. I first should say that the receptionist (Lisa?) was amazing. When I called her I was completely crying ready to fly back to Oregon to see my previous dentist. I called at 11am and she got me an appointment at 1pm. Dr Andrew Sanchez DDS saw me for an emergency appointment. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist. When I arrived to the office I was a mess. I was in pain, discomfort, my head hurt, and my anxiety was at 1000. I was scared of being in more pain or my worst nightmare loosing a tooth. The office was very clean, my temp was taken, Covid questionnaires, seats marked for distance, a place for clean/dirty pens, and sanitizer available. I filled out all of my paperwork and was instructed to go back to X-rays. Then I was put in a room to wait for the Dentist. I explained as best I could what had happened to me in a complete panic attack in tears. Dr Sanchez then told me what he could do to help me. We then discussed what the plan of action can be in the future if needed. I have a follow up with Dr Sanchez in a 1.5 weeks. I enrolled my 3 sons for cleaning with him in 6 months as well as my husbands regular cleanings and deep cleanings. My stepmother and 2 sisters go to this office, she highly recommended this office to me.”

“10 stars for Dr. Tran. Why? I have every reason to justify 10 stars. I got a cracked tooth and ended up in a dental emergency, where another doctor (in a well-reputed endodontic clinic) temporarily filled the tooth with pain killer and antibiotics. This doctor refused to do a root canal because he was FORCING me to get IV sedation (to make $800) besides the actual procedure ($339), and that's after meeting the deductible of excellent dental insurance. I went to another doctor in Fremont, and she booked 3 patients simultaneously, charged $110 just for consultation and $1100 for a root canal. Another bad experience! These clinics are rated 5-star on google; then, I decided to go for another endodontic who won't charge me for consultation at least. And this is how I found Dr. Tran. I visited him yesterday. The clinic was super clean, and there was no one in the clinic but just me, the receptionist, and Dr. Tran (this shows how well they manage their time during Covid). While I was filling forms, the receptionist called my insurance for the charges. Dr. Tran advised me to get a root canal done the same day, and it would cost me about $249 after insurance. Throughout the procedure, I was so relaxed—no rubber thing on my mouth to choke me. Super kind doctor!! I was numbed gradually, and I did not feel ANY PAIN AT ALL!. It took one and a half hours. I took just two painkillers afterward, but I don't think I need that anymore because he did everything well. Dr. Tran cared about me as a patient. I didn't feel rushed at any point. Same procedure, but every dentist was charging me different prices. Dr. Tran put his patient's comfort as his priority without draining me financially and emotionally. My experience couldn't get any better.”
