I was working with a registered dealer of AKDO's and decided to stop by their showroom. I read that their sign said by appointment only, however I was greeted at the door by Blake. He welcomed me into the showroom and I took a look around at their products. I was stressing on a huge project I was working on for my customer.

Although Blake stated he was not a licensed designer, he had wonderful recommendations for my project and was extremely patient explaining ALL the answers to my questions! My project ended up turning out amazing and my customer was blown away with the end result of our installation. I wanted to leave this review as a huge thank you to him for all the help he provided to me.

I was looking at the website for my clients and called to get some questions answered. The young man who spoke with me, I think his name was Blake, was very helpful and professional. I must say that usually the younger front desk staff these days are not as well mannered and whomever hired him, kudos to you! I have recommended my clients to you and hope they contact you soon! I will recommend you again!

My husband Steve and I would like to thank Blake for his customer service. We took a look around in Akdo's showroom in December and gathered a few ideas for tile options. We decided to purchase tile through all natural stone in Dublin as our recommended dealer. We were able to get some samples from our dealer for a huge client of ours in Danville and the project turned out fantastic! We can't wait to continue working with your tile for future projects!

We unloaded 8 pallets in 20 minutes, and also helped with the two pallets that remained from the previous order, entered the shorter position. Everything is very nice, the dock parking area and the U-turn are convenient.
