Daniel and his team take the time to explain things carefully and thoroughly. I have not had revisit for shoddy workmanship at this location ever. If there is something they can't fix because it's a dealer only issue, they tell you up front. I appreciate that.

We had a slow leak in our tire on our drive from Phoenix to Knoxville. We were so grateful they got us in and out in 30 minutes right before they closed for the night. Thank you so much for the best tire service we have ever had!!

Great people. Got me in quick to leak test and recharge my A/C in my F-150. They noticed my water pump pulled was vibrating and mentioned it to me to replace. I had already been aware and had a new pump, so they just did the A/C work and I later replaced my pump. Love places that will notice things and suggest but not be pushy about it.
This one is by far the best firestone in the Wilson county area. Others I have been displeased with and came back to here.

We were traveling back to Nashville on Labor Day and our tire was going flat. I guess we ran over a nail. It was one hour til they closed and they got us in and fixed it quickly. They were so polite and friendly!
