I have 2 Pod units in Hayward and after dealing with corporate over the phone I was not looking forward to going to access my Pods, but when I got there I was very relieved.
All the staff treated it like their own business, very friendly and helpful.
I was at the yard almost every day for a month because of the way I had to pack and move my junk (weird circumstances).
Because I was registered as an interstate move I couldn't use the website for access scheduling and so had to call corporate, talk about frustrating and tiring. They would not take my order for 3 days because it was SF Bay Area, I would hang up, call the next person and it would ready the next day. One time they didn't relay my message for access so my container was not left out for me, luckily because of the staff at the Hayward office I was able have them bring it out. I ended up just dealing with the staff here for all my needs and it became a joy to come here, and all of this was in the middle of their move from Hayward to Oakland!

Was easy making some changes to the pick-up dates and a change to put it into storage instead of leaving it in the driveway by just calling their customer service team. Also the drivers that delivered the pod were amazing and did a fantastic job getting the pod into our small driveway so we could still drive the car in and out of the garage. Based on my experience I can only highly recommend them.
